Terms of participation

These terms apply to registrations for open online course dates. In-house training follows the respective offer.

Registration and confirmation

The registration form reserves a seat. We acknowledge receipt automatically by e-mail.
We confirm your seat by e-mail within two working days. With this confirmation the registration is binding.
Seats are allocated in order of registration. Each date takes at most 8 participants.

A date runs with 3 or more participants. We do not guarantee that a date takes place.
With fewer than 3 registrations, we cancel the date by e-mail no later than 4 calendar days before the start.
If the trainer is unavailable at short notice, for example due to illness, we cancel the date as early as possible.
If we cancel, you pay nothing. We refund any payment in full, or you move to a later date.
Further claims arising from a cancellation, such as for scheduled working time, are excluded.

Prices are per person and include 20% VAT and all licences and access for the duration of the course.
We send the invoice once the date is confirmed to run, no later than 4 calendar days before the start. It is payable within 14 days without deduction.

Cancel by e-mail to [email protected]. The time of receipt counts.
Up to 14 calendar days before the start: free of charge.
13 to 7 calendar days before the start: 50% of the price.
From 6 calendar days before the start and in case of no-show: 100% of the price.
You can name a substitute participant at any time free of charge.

The course runs live via video conference. We send access details and your cloud workstation credentials before the start.
You need a computer with a current browser, a microphone and a stable internet connection.
Access and licences are personal and valid for the duration of the course.

If you register as a private individual, you may withdraw within 14 days of our seat confirmation without giving reasons, under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). An e-mail to [email protected] is sufficient.
If the course starts at your express request within this period and you then withdraw, you pay the share for services already provided.
